Accommodation:

Accommodation will be charged where:

The start is earlier than 7h30 and/or the premises is further than 100km from Johannesburg

Accommodation will be booked in advanced by the Collective Value Creation office unless the client makes use of their own booking administration service. Where this is the case venue booking will be required and confirmed 48 hours before the engagement.

Travel:

Travel per km will be charged for travel further than a 50km radius from the CVC office.

Travel will be charged at a rate of R4,5 per km.

Copyright:
-
All proposals are unique and copyrighted in the year of submission.

Material in proposals can be used in other proposal only if Collective Value Creation has first right of refusal to any work emanating from such proposals.

VAT:

VAT on goods and services is charged at 15%.

Payment Terms:

Payment shall be made within 30 days from submission of invoice.

Interest and Legal Fees on Late Payment:
-
Any invoice not paid after 30 days from submission of invoice shall be charged interest at the prevailing interest rate charged by CVC’s bankers to its corporate customers.

In the event of CVC having to resort to legal action to receive payment of any amount due in terms of the Agreement, the Client shall be liable to pay all CVC’s legal costs on the scale as between attorney and own client.

Quote Validity:

All quotes are valid for 30 days from submission of quote and expires after 30 days.
